Works with

Flovv is an automated low-pressure casting system for two-component (A:B) polyurethanes and casting resins — rigid, flexible, foam, and clear. It meters and mixes at a fixed ratio (including common 1:1 and 10:1 systems) and dispenses through a static nozzle, without weighing or hand-mixing. Check your material's mix ratio, viscosity, and pot life; silicone and epoxy support is expanding — ask first. It is not a thermoplastic injection molding machine, does not melt plastic pellets, and is not a 3D printer.

Flovv-e combines FDM 3D printing with automated two-part liquid casting in one desktop device — print in filament and cast two-part polyurethane, resin, and foam parts. The casting side is a low-pressure liquid system, not thermoplastic injection molding. Available for pre-order.

In the box:

  • Flovv-e system
  • Mold release
  • 5 spare mixing nozzles

Description & Specifications

Desktop 3D printing and two-part casting in one system

Flovv-e combines an FDM 3D printer with an automated two-part liquid casting module in a single desktop device. Print parts in filament, and cast two-part polyurethane, resin, and foam parts — without separate machines. On the casting side it is a low-pressure two-part liquid system, not a thermoplastic injection molding machine.

One device, two workflows

  • FDM 3D printing for filament parts and prototypes.
  • Two-part liquid casting — meters and mixes Part A and Part B for polyurethane, resin, and foam parts.

What you can make

  • FDM prints in common filaments
  • Rigid and flexible polyurethane parts
  • Casting resins and two-part rigid foams

Silicone and epoxy support is expanding — contact us about your specific system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which materials does Flovv work with?+

Flovv works with two-component (A:B) reactive systems such as polyurethane and resin — flexible and rigid polyurethane and casting resins. (Silicone and epoxy capabilities are coming with a future Flovv update.)

How does it control the mix ratio?+

The system meters A and B at a fixed, precise ratio and blends them homogeneously in a static mixing nozzle, giving far more consistent results with far fewer bubbles than hand mixing.

Do I need a new nozzle for every cast?+

No. You can run consecutive casts with the same nozzle. Replace it only when the mix inside it cures, when you switch material/color, or if it clogs.

Can I pay in installments?+

Yes — monthly installments through Affirm are available at checkout for US customers, subject to Affirm approval. You'll see the available terms when you choose Affirm at payment.

What is the lead time?+

In-stock items typically ship from Austin, TX within 1 business day. Pre-order items follow the estimated schedule announced by email.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand; shipping is calculated live at checkout.

Can I get a quote for a bulk or corporate order?+

Yes. Request tailored pricing for bulk/corporate orders via the 'Get a Quote' form, or email contact@neckog.com.
