Who is Neckog?+
Neckog builds innovative 3D solutions for modern manufacturing. With products like Flovv and Flovv-e, we deliver durability, versatility and efficiency beyond the limits of traditional 3D printing — shipping from Austin, Texas.
What is the difference between Flovv and Flovv-e?+
Flovv handles reaction injection molding/casting by injecting polyurethane into 3D-printed molds. Flovv-e includes all of Flovv's capabilities and additionally comes with a 3D printer for printing the molds.
How can I place an order?+
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout to order directly on our site. Guest checkout is available; with an account you can track all orders from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How can I track my order?+
Members can see all orders in My Account. For guest orders, enter your order number and email on the Track Order page.
What is your return policy?+
Flovv and Flovv-e industrial systems, chemicals and consumables, and pre-order or custom products are final sale and not eligible for ordinary buyer's-remorse returns — devices that have been installed, powered, filled with or exposed to chemicals cannot be resold, and opened chemical products are nonreturnable. Returns require prior written authorization (an RMA). Verified shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing components, and legally non-waivable rights are always addressed — report shipping damage within 3 business days with photos. On customer-requested cancellations or refunds after payment, the third-party payment-processing fee is nonrefundable (it never applies when we cancel or the product is defective). Can I cancel my order?+
In-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact us at contact@neckog.com to request a cancellation.
How long does delivery take?+
Stock items ship from Austin, TX within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items follow the estimated schedule announced by email.
Do prices include sales tax?+
Prices are shown tax-exclusive. Sales tax is added at checkout only for orders shipped within Texas; orders to other states and countries are not charged US sales tax. International orders may be subject to local import duties.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address.
