TERMS & CONDITIONS

neckog.com (the "Site") is operated by Neckog Industries LLC ("Neckog", 8222 North Lamar Suite F55, Austin, TX 78753, United States). By using the Site you accept these terms. These terms are prospective and do not retroactively alter any written agreement or resolution previously entered into by Neckog.
1. Service
The Site sells reactive injection systems, casting materials and accessories. Product information and prices may be updated without notice; obvious material errors (e.g. misplaced digits in prices) are not binding.
2. Payments & Taxes
All prices are in US dollars and shown exclusive of tax. Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped within Texas (and for in-store pickup, where possession is taken in Texas). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Neckog does not store your card details.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Neckog and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
4. Liability
Chemical products and industrial devices must be used in accordance with the supplied manuals and safety data sheets (SDS). Except for liability that cannot legally be excluded, the Seller is not liable for damage caused by use contrary to instructions or intended purpose. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site is not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury, or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Sales & Returns
Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale and the Returns & Refunds policy, which distinguish industrial equipment, chemicals and consumables, pre-order and custom products, shipping-damage and defect claims, and Kickstarter rewards.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and do not override any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact: contact@neckog.com
