1. Service
The Site sells reactive injection systems, casting materials and accessories. Product information and prices may be updated without notice; obvious material errors (e.g. misplaced digits in prices) are not binding.
2. Payments & Taxes
All prices are in US dollars and shown exclusive of tax. Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped within Texas. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Neckog does not store your card details.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Neckog and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
4. Liability
Chemical products and industrial devices must be used in accordance with the supplied manuals and safety data sheets (SDS). The Seller is not liable for damage caused by use contrary to instructions or intended purpose. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site is not guaranteed.
