1. What We Collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address and order contents — used to fulfill your order, send confirmations and provide support.
- Account data: email, name, phone and saved addresses when you create an account.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Analytics: first-party, cookieless page-view analytics (anonymous, aggregate). Optional third-party analytics (e.g. GA4) only when enabled.
2. How We Use It
To process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with tax obligations, and — only with your opt-in — send marketing email. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers and rate providers (delivery), and our email provider (transactional mail). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention & Your Rights
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: contact@neckog.com.
