1. Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious pricing or stock errors.
2. Prices, Tax & Payment
Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of tax. Sales tax is added at checkout for deliveries within Texas. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Austin, TX. Shipping cost and carrier options are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient. Pre-order items ship on the schedule announced by email.

5. Warranty & Support
