Neckog A-B Rigid Foam Kitis a two-part, rigid polyurethane casting foam. This self-skinning foam has a free-rise density of 5 lb/ft³ but should be cast at a density of 8 to 20 lb/ft³ for optimal surface detail and mold fill. For best results, cast inNeckog Flexible Kit moldsmade of polyurethane rubber, silicone molds, or 3D-printed molds. When using 3D-printed molds, applyNeckog Mold Releaseto prevent sticking and ensure easy demolding.
