Instructions for Use
With Flovv & Flovv-e Systems
- PourPart A and Part Binto their respective tanks, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent contamination.
- Set thedesired injection parametersusing the Flovv or Flovv-e interface.
- Start the injection process—the system will automatically mix and injecta uniform, bubble-free blend.
- Once the injection is complete, allow the silicone rubber to cure for the recommended time.
For Manual Use
- Measureequal parts (1:1 by weight) of Part A and Part Binto a clean container.
- Stir thoroughly for5 minutesto ensure uniform blending.
- Pour the mixture immediately into the mold.
- Allow the silicone to cure atroom temperature for 24 hoursbefore demolding.
Storage & Maintenance
- Store in acool, dry environment (60-90°F)to maintain shelf life.
- Alwaysseal containers tightlyafter use to prevent contamination.
- UseNeckog Mold Releasefor easy demolding when casting into non-silicone molds.
