Instructions for Use

With Flovv & Flovv-e Systems

1. Pour Part A and Part B into their respective tanks, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent contamination.
2. Set the desired injection parameters using the Flovv or Flovv-e interface.
3. Start the injection process—the system will automatically mix and inject a uniform, bubble-reduced blend.
4. Once the injection is complete, allow the silicone rubber to cure for the recommended time.

For Manual Use

1. Measure equal parts (1:1 by weight) of Part A and Part B into a clean container.
2. Stir thoroughly for 5 minutes to ensure uniform blending.
3. Pour the mixture immediately into the mold.
4. Allow the silicone to cure at room temperature for 24 hours before demolding.

Storage & Maintenance

• Store in a cool, dry environment (60-90°F) to maintain shelf life.
• Always seal containers tightly after use to prevent contamination.
• Use Neckog Mold Release for easy demolding when casting into non-silicone molds.
