A few days ago we said we were trying to make MoldLab free for Flovv owners, enabling accounts one by one while we watched our servers. We've stopped watching. It's on — for everyone.
If you own a Flovv, MoldLab is now free. Full access. No subscription, no per-mold fee, no asking us to switch it on.
How to claim it
Just create an account — or log in — with the e-mail address you used for your Flovv order or Kickstarter pledge, and MoldLab unlocks automatically. Signing in with Google using that same e-mail works too. If your Flovv doesn't show up on your account, message us and we'll link it in minutes.
What changed
We've upgraded our servers, and MoldLab itself has been getting better every week — cleaner CAD edge handling, composite tooling that builds the matching mold, plug, or male tool from the same upload without re-uploading, click-to-place pour funnels and vents, and a queue that shows you exactly where your job stands. The upgraded hardware comfortably absorbs around twenty regular mold jobs and five of the heavy composite builds at a time — jobs queue up and build back to back, and you'll see your live position while you wait.
Your molds now stay in your account
Finished molds are no longer deleted after a day. They're saved to your account — re-download any of your recent molds whenever you need them, and delete any of them permanently with one click if you'd rather we not keep the files.
Don't want to make it yourself? Order it from us
New: after MoldLab generates your mold, you can order the physical mold directly from us — a printed mold set, a silicone kit, or machined aluminum CNC tooling — and we'll make it and ship it to you. Hit "Order this mold from us" on the finished mold (or in your account), tell us what you need, and we'll reply with a quote.
What we ask in return
Feedback. We're rolling out updates constantly, and real parts from real users are what make this tool better. Run your parts through it, and when something comes out weird — or great — tell us. The last month of improvements came almost entirely from owner feedback.
The fine print, honestly
Fair use applies — a generous daily pace that a person iterating molds by hand will never notice; it exists to keep the queue healthy for everyone. If you regularly need more, contact us and we'll raise your ceiling. Not a Flovv owner? You can still try 3 molds free, and full access is available on a monthly plan.
